Update
Our team continues to make progress on the final steps required to fully restore crypto deposits and withdrawals. All other services remain operational, and user accounts and funds remain safe and secure.
We are now in the final stages of the restoration process and expect to complete the remaining work very soon. Pending deposit and withdrawal transactions will be processed once services are fully restored, and there is no need to resubmit any existing requests.
We appreciate your continued patience and understanding while we complete this work. We will provide another update as soon as crypto deposits and withdrawals are fully restored.
